Prices quoted are advertising rates only. Prices exclude VAT, artwork production and installation for which a preferred supplier list can be supplied. All prices are for indication only and will vary according to dates and durations. All prices are subject to seasonal increases in November and December. As always all bookings are subject to brand and artwork approvals in advance. We are always happy to discuss multisite package discounts. Plus why not consider us for your next event venue.

What Fire Risk Assessment documentation is required?
You must provide a completed Fire Risk Assessment form before making any bookings.
What documentation do I need to complete my application?
Each tenant must demonstrate they have considered the risk of health, safety, fire and electrical hazards and provide control measures / method statements to confirm how they will remove or reduce risks to the lowest level as far as is reasonably practicable.
What are Hammerson Engage’s Health and Safety Risk Assessment policies?
Risk Assessments must be written by the company responsible for the activity. The risk assessment needs to cover set up, customer interface and de-rig. A risk assessment provided for installation is fine, but often the greater risk is what takes place when visitors walk through the doors. Risk assessments should be specific to the activity and to your centre; generic risk assessments or blanket health and safety policies can never be comprehensive.
What is the planning process?
Prior to being given site access, you will need to provide a brief outlining the nature and key features of your planned activity. This should include a visual, and you will need to provide the following information on the Hammerson Space Booking System:
Client and company information, including address and contact details
Name and contact details of supervisor or event manager who will be on site
Booking details, including H&S documentation (to be supplied in advance of the commencement date)
